Decide the garments you need, quantities and size split, colours, logos and any names or numbers. Reference photos help, and a tech pack (a drawing with measurements and construction notes) is ideal. If you do not have one, a manufacturer can usually develop it from your reference garments. You can also draft a design in our Kit Studio and send the link.
Send your brief and artwork. A good quote lists unit price, minimum quantity, lead time, fabric, decoration method and what is included. Ask what incoterm the price assumes, such as FOB or CIF, so you can compare suppliers fairly.
Sampling is where design, fit and colour are confirmed. Review the sample for measurements, colour match, print or embroidery placement and stitching quality. Request changes now, because bulk production follows the approved sample.
Once the sample is approved, confirm quantities, size run and delivery date, and arrange any deposit. Check that packaging, labelling and carton marking are agreed in writing.
Bulk production usually runs in stages: cutting, decoration, sewing, finishing and packing, with inspection at each stage and a final check against the approved sample. Ask for photos or video of the production run if you want visibility.
Goods are packed into cartons and shipped by air, sea or courier depending on volume and urgency. Confirm who handles export paperwork and import duties. Allow time for customs clearance in your country.
